At Dr. Chary’s Food, we are committed to delivering high-quality, natural food products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for food products once delivered due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: Product received is damaged or leaking Product is expired at the time of delivery Wrong item delivered Many food brands follow similar rules where returns are limited to defective or incorrect items, and not accepted for general returns due to perishability

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if: The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
Valid proof is provided (photos/videos of the product and packaging) The product is unused and in original condition

Food businesses commonly require quick reporting and proof for quality issues to validate claims

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations: Change of mind after delivery
Taste preferences or personal dislike Opened or partially consumed products Improper storage after delivery

Refund Process

Once your request is verified, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days Refund will be credited to:
Original payment method (for prepaid orders) Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged/defective/wrong product, we may offer: Replacement of the same product, OR Full refund (based on availability and customer preference)
